Overview

The Obelisk Solar Project is one of the largest renewable energy developments in the region, comprising 1.125 GWp Solar PV, a 300 MWh / 150 MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), extensive MV infrastructure, and a 220/33 kV substation. The project plays a significant role in advancing Egypt’s clean energy ambitions by integrating large-scale solar generation with advanced energy storage and grid infrastructure.
